Anil Ralph Thomas

Director & Chief Creative Officer

With around 28 years of experience, Anil is an advertising all-rounder having done stints in Account Management, Brand Planning, Creative Head and now an established Ad Film Director. His work has been awarded metals at Cannes, Clio, AdFest Asia, Effies, & GoaFest. With Over 100 films as as a writer & more than 50 films as a director, films and anything to do with storytelling remains his passion.

Asia; (Jakarta), Regional Creative Director, McCann (South India & South East Asia); Sr. Creative Director, Ogilvy; Creative Director, Lowe.

Director & Chief Executive Officer

With over 33 years of experience, KD has an unique combination of being not just one of the original brand planners in the country, he has also done a marketing stint with Unilever Foods. Add to being a ‘compliant freak’ manager of P&L. A trained practitioner of the ‘DISRUPTION’ model of brand building, he enjoys conducting workshops for clients, be it to come up with a brand essence or

a new product development.
